  Hi all,It's been a rough week or so. I've never experienced difficulty breathing during panic attacks, but that's what happened late last week. I've gotten good over the years at controlling the racing heart, etc and able to control most panic attacks. Since this was new, I am having so much difficulty getting through every hour, minute, etc. Especially when I am alone or it's at night.   Hello,I am new here. I've always hated traveling because of my anxiety. When there's no home base or anything, it's like you are trapped. I want to enjoy it like everyone else does, before I become a hermit. The anxiety specficially attacks my stomach, which causes GI problems, and then I cannot be anywhere without a bathroom. I thought this issue would stop over the years, but it has not. Do I give up and just accept I'll rarely ever travel? I am only 31 and do want to visit parts of the world...
