Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

My brother recently discovered that I still wipe the toilet down before using it and in a fit of rage shoved all the antibacterial wipes into the toilet blocking it. I had to physically pull all of them out and shove them in the bin, wiping everything down that was covered in toilet water. Since then he has started peeing all over the actual toilet seat leaving me to clean it up. I feel like I'm being inadvertently bullied and manipulated into believing that there's something wrong with me.
I feel like I'm not myself and my thoughts are manipulated and I don't know what I think anymore.
They will tell my why they think I am depressed and why I am anxious even though it is not related to the situation at all. I will express where the root of my anxiety comes from and I'm met with people saying they don't understand so it's probably a different reason.
I feel so paranoid, I don't know what thoughts are mine anymore. I'm supposed to believe people love and care about me but if they did why would they push for me to be in an anxious environment and tell me its my fault.
I know alot of mental health stuff is suppost to come from me and my responsibility but when people don't become accountable for their own actions and words it makes it so much harder to find my footing.
I'm trying so hard to radically accept the circumstances but it's so hard when met with constant triggers which restart the process all overagain. And then ontop of that It's my fault for having those triggers and I just need to choose to not react to them whilst theyre in front of me and it's so hard.
I'm sorry I've talked about this before but I just don't know what thoughts are my own anymore.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Yes, it's hard. Easy does it, Pug. It's allot to sort. Be gentle with yourself and patient with the process. Maybe even find a more sanitary spot to pee?
He can be rude, offensive, and mean, and rather than fight him or yourself, change what works to continue working quietly.
You're responsible for what you do, say, react, and respond. You are NOT responsible for what others say, do, react, and respond.
By not making a big deal about it, and continuing to treat your well-being first, you're building up strength, courage, and bravery in a positive way to help you maintain the balance you know is working.
You can do this!
I grew up the only girl with three brothers. They were just gross. Bottom line. Heck even with my husband sometimes I think dude, can you manage to hit the bowl ever???
I think the more you make a big issue of it the more he will defy and make a big deal out of it. He’s being a bit of a jerk but it almost seems like he’s doing it to egg you on. I’m not sure that he’s doing it to be malicious or to undermine your mental and emotional well being. Obviously I don’t know that for sure but reflecting on my siblings, we did stuff to purposely annoy each other the time, through our 20s even, even when we weren’t living together. Siblings are like that sometimes.
Next time let the wipes sit in the toilet. He can dig them out.
Find places or spaces where you can decompress and sort stuff out.
