Hiya everyone, its been ages since ive been on here.
I thought I would ask a question about when going either through depressive episodes or waves of sadness.
Currently in my situation I'm going through the motions of a big wave of sadness as well as feeling very alone, there is another person in the house but I am not able to approach them with vunrabiliteis due to the way they treat it.
I am aware that the reason I am going through this wave is due to physical aspects such as feeling tired, not drinking enough water etc. as well as a mass of stuff that I've been experiencing for a very long time.
In an ideal scenario I really want to call a friend right now and feel connected to someone but due to how late it is here, it wouldn't be fair to call them at this time. I may call a helpline just to talk to someone, that usually helps me.
What do you guys do to deal with waves of sadness?

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
here if you need someone to talk to :) xxx,

A post something like this one often helps me process the sadness.
