  hello everyone - I hope everyone is doing well. I wanted to reach for advice and i guess get my story off my chest.  I had a health problem back in September. Basically my potassium was too low because of the blood pressure medicine I was taking. I had a horrible episode at work that I felt like I was dying. They called the ambulance and took me to the ER, they kept me there over night. After that I keep having these panic attacks because of what i went through.  I ended up in the ER around 8...
