    Anyone have any thoughts on the best way to shake of those age old night terros and nightmares. I'm on prazosin for nightmares but I still have bad flashbacks and nightmares. Is thare any way to help myself through this that any of you have discovered

  I have been tought so many different ways to handle anxiety but it still gets to me bad ,, I need opinions,, are these excersises and techniques supposed to stop an attack or lesson it. I find very few remotely helpful except xanax and deep breathing and distraction. Thought stopping is also a good one,, My point is what are other effective ways to handle bad anxiety attacks?
