Pain

I'm in a lot of physical pain most days but definitely worse these last few days. Something is wrong with my feet. Maybe plantar faciaitis or something idk....but my upper back hurts too. It started flaring up in PT one day after a work accident had me there. My injury got better but this pain wont go away. It's like a fire is sitting just beneath my skin, on and between my shoulder blades and into my neck. Sometimes there's tingling. My joints hurt a lot too. It's really frustrating. I feel like my body is acting twice its age. How rude!

Any digestive problems or kidney issues lupus can cause many of these things or even an autoimmune disorder ,, calcium deficiency many things

I have neuropathy from kidney damage, Marah, as Lunarevent mentions here, and that fire beneath the skin symptom you describe is the main symptom I have often. Make sure to mention that symptom to your doctor at your next appointment, ok?

Mara, could be nerve pain. I shattered my lower spine in a head on as a passenger. I’ve never recovered from the nerve pain. Some days are better than others. Tell your doctors about the pain and how it affects your life. I take meds to help the nerve pain, but sometimes when I am stressed it makes it worse. I find that exercise, while it does not take all the pain away, keeps me limber enough and helps relieve some of the stiffness. I also find weighted blankets helpful, but during hot weather there too bulky. I hope you find some relief.

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
