  I recently started to see a therapist which I never done in my life, I don't know how it's supposed to be but I feel all that she does(my therapist) is: well if I was you  I wouldn't do this or that instead of giving me tips or ideas of how to strength myself and overcome the situation. I've seen her 3 times and just feel like I'm talking to my friend instead of a professional.How's your therapist?
