  Hello,As I had posted before, my husband lost his father almost 2 months ago. Lately he has grieved in solitude and silence. I have given him space and offer my support respectfully. I want to maybe suggest a podcast as a first step... any suggestions on any good ones about grief? I've been reading some books to help me help and understand him.   I have been suffering from anxiety for almost a year. It used to present itself during hard times when I was younger. But now I've experienced panic attacks sometimes out of nowhere. It got very bad that I started seeking help through a therapist. She diagnosed anxiety disorder and social anxiety. I had very bad anxiety for almost 2 months where it was every day, it causes very fats heart beat, stomachache, nausea and it was bad that gave me heartburn.   hello,My husband lost his father about a month and half ago. He had to go out of town for the funeral and stayed there for that time to arrange his father's legal stuff. I had to come back home and work after a week. We kept in touch. When he came home he seemed fine. But 6 days after his mood changed. He hasn't talked to me at all or touched me in 4 days. When he talks to others he acts like his normal self. But when he is alone with me he gives me the "silent treatment." Barely acknowledges...
