Now all of the books I listed are non-secular and don't get into religion much. There are plenty of books that do take a faith-based approach to grieving. So decide which way is for you and sort out which is which.
A couple comments from me. I lost my mom 12 years ago and my dad last fall. I hit the books both times. But also support groups, chat groups, therapy. Frankly it all helped. But keep in mind that this is not something we get over. Life never goes back to normal. Life has changed and we have to get used to a new normal. Also, time does not heal by itself. It takes active grief work. But it sounds like you're on top of that. One thing I didn't do that might help is check out the grief videos on Youtube. There are a lot of them. I have not looked for pod casts. There are some Ted Talks on grief that you might find interesting. Above all be patient. This takes longer than most people think.
