  So my anxiety and OCD have been at their worst and completely unmanageable lately. I am really considering going inpatient for some stabilization but I've never done anything like that before. It seems so scary for so many reasons. First I'd miss my children so much but I know I'm not bringing anyone any joy right now in this state anyhow. Second with the virus I'm terrified I'll pick it up at the hospital. And third it's just scary. But I need serious help! Don't know what to do?!?!

  I've had shortness of breath and chest tightness for 2 days now , is it my allergies, anxiety, or the virus. My stomach hasn't been right for the entire quarantine (almost 2 months) I'm sure from anxiety, I also lost 25 pounds in two months due to massive anxiety, panic, and OCD. NOT SURE how to relieve the chest/shortness of breath- I'm freakin out over here!
