Anxiety Support Group
Anxiety is a physical condition marked by intense and persistent feelings of distress, fear, angst or dread. General anxiety caused by routine day-to-day stresses usually passes quickly and is experienced by almost everyone at one time or another. However, such feelings that linger over time and are very difficult to cope with, and which lack a clear cause, may indicate...

Writing it out is important to help you sort through the symptoms and what is happening when they start, happen, and when they end.
Take time to be outside, be in the moment and watch nature to help you calm your body and brain in sync.
Best wishes.
Attempted humor aside. . .
While there are a host of other possibilities, I quite often suffer shortness of breath, involuntary weight loss and digestive woes as anxiety symptoms. With the anxiety feeding frenzy of Coronaville on its second month of unpredictable marshal law, my anxiety levels are at an all time high. That's a pretty high level in my broken life. If the flu bug don't kill me, the anxiety might.
This very post is one of the tools I use to manage my anxiety, whatever the cause and/or level of the day. Getting those worries into words helps me vent the stresses far enough to see clearly and open myself to a plan of action for easing the symptoms and/or address the root causes. The support of my peers helps me feel less alone with ^it^ and often helps me find tools I would never find on my own.
Gentle support while you sort your own, OCD Queen (contender :-P). Hope you find stabilizing companion ship here.
My personal rule of thumb is that the love of my life can help me best *as* the love of my life. I earnestly believe that bringing my therapy needs to my therapy network saves allot of wear and tear on my marriage while gaining me far better therapy support in the bargain. Hubby is far too emotionally involved (thank God) to have an objective view of my problems. It takes a village to live a healthy life. Not even the love of my life can be my everything.
Hugs,
Star.
