Yes! I have had anxiety and panic attacks for over 20 years. I know how you feel. What I did, was see a psychiatrist, who prescribed anti-anxiety medication. And, I talk to a therapist/psychologist.

So sorry. You are not alone. Millions of people have this. You are going to be okay! :)
I do understand being afraid to try new medication. Have you ever tried the medication because it usually calms you down and you don't have to take it every day. Hate to hear you are having a 24 hour anxiety attack.
You could try some things that help calm you. Maybe a hot shower, reading, watching a funny show, listening to music, meditation, yoga, having a hot cup of tea, journaling helps a lot.... something that could calm your mind.
