  I'm not sure what to say, I'm in a bad place physically and emotionally. I don't want to go into everything here, Ive been trying to explain things in my journals. I just feel so hopeless. I need to have independence but this illness has taken everything from me. I dont know how it's possible, I don't think its possible but I really need to get away from my parents, who are my carers. The mental strain of depending on them is too much but I require so much care due to my illness. Has any one...

  I literally dont know what to do. After standing up for myself I am left alone with both parents against me and yet I am still 100% relying on them as my carers. I am so angry and so scared, I feel sick. Its just a lifetime of constant control and manipulation and when I dare fight back, they still have all the power over me.    "you need to have a very good reason and cant just say no.   Ive had a piece of flat pack furniture ready to build for my room which had been on hold as weve been wokring on doing the big units on the landing which were more important. we still need to transfer over all the art stuff away now. this morning theres been so much noise banging downstairs which again is bad for my health and unneccassry to do such things in the mornings when im at my worst.when i go down for lunch i see my furniture is nearly all made up. i was looking forward so much to...
