  For the past month and a half I broke down and started back up again... I feel ashamed and disgusted with myself.   Idenfying this has been a new step and I am keeping stong. Today has been a little hard as the urge and temptation has been there all day, but I've kept my mind clear and thinking about other things, the guilt that I feel afterwards and prayer to avoid falling into the same cycle. Today is Day 5 for me and I like that I don't feel ashamed for watching porn. I want to keep going strong.
