Bad Relapse.. Is there a way out.

For the past month and a half I broke down and started back up again... I feel ashamed and disgusted with myself. I have been trying to keep myself from thinking about pornography but I have let it control my thinking. Lately it has been bad, all day I've been looking at or thinking about it. I've even started with camming again. I just want to focus on something other than this. I've had this addiction to porn for 18 years and I am ready to stop! Talking about it here does help me but I haven't been on here in a while because I had relapsed. I have insecurities that lead to triggering this.....

Keep working at it ar2257. You fall off that wagon, you just have to get back on it, mate! I was advised to open up and tell my S.O. This has helped... I feel like I need to be accountable now. Hope that's an option for you. Good luck.

Have you heard of the group "Fight the New Drug". I fallow them and set them as see first on Facebook so Everytime I get on Facebook and scroll I always see their post and it's just a helpful subconscious reminder that I am a fighter. I even made their website my homepage so Everytime I open my browser it takes me there first as another reminder and have their simple as a wallpaper and been thinking about getting it tattooed somewhere like on my hand so I would have to see it if I start giving in.
There is hope, you just got to find what works and do your research on pornography. Go to the fight the new drug site and educate yourself, learn the harms and what happens Everytime you watch. Everytime I watch I can't help but think that I am helping the problem of human trafficking. And it makes me think. I don't t want to be part of the problem anymore, I want to part of the solution.
