  Hello everyone! I'm a male, 50, and have had chronic back pain for more than 25 years. I started weight training when I was 11 and it developed into bodybuilding. Unfortunately a few injuries and the wear and tear of heavy lifting has left me pretty banged up.   I had been doing pretty good last couple of weeks but lately I'm so overwhelmed with sadness and the urge to contact me ex. It d8esnt make sense because I said goodbye to her almost 2 months ago and havent broke no contact but the urge is really strong. I know it wouldn't change anything. She ended it and I know texting her would only cause me pain. Just want her out of my head.
