  Yesterday, a parent came over to drop something off for me, and they stayed and tried to chat while they put other stuff away that they brought. I wasn't expecting them to stay, and I was so irate and unsocial due to my depression, I basically started acting like a child. I was being cranky and slamming things, even though I was genuinely trying to get my behavior under control and be nice. They asked if I was mad, which would have been a great opportunity to explain my mental state, but...

  A girl who I was good friends with when I was little, but haven't seen in person in 22 years, reached out on Facebook. I love that she tried to reach out, but I'm feeling a little anxious. The time frame made me try to make a good impression, but I'm not the best at small talk and it's possible she's lost interest. On one hand I feel reviving this friendship was a long shot. But I'm feeling down about this because I'm thinking I've caused her to judge me.

  I am in a state that has a stay at home order and I have been staying at home as much as possible because of concerns of COVID-19 complications due to me being pretty underweight. (My dad is basically terrified about this possibly happening also).My mom had a doctor's appointment out of town the first full day of the SAH order, and then she went and stayed with out of town friends for several days.She got home yesterday and assumed I would go over and ride out the rest of the quarantine with...

  I recently tried again to do some volunteering, but I'm being hesitant about alot of things because of my anxiety, and it's affecting how I get along with people.The volunteer coordinator commented I could 'loosen up', for example. At least one person is blowing me off and not greeting me.I feel like if things would straighten out and get better,  they would have. I've done this for a little bit already.I don't want to go through feeling like I'm annoying people everytime I go and I don't want...
