  I have recently found strength in working out. With stress from school and personal issues, I find that working out has been theraputic. I have been trying to focus on getting in a good workout routine since the beginning of Decemeber which wasn't always easy. I struggled with actually getting up and going to the gym when I could just lay in bed. I now feel good. I don't dread going to the gym, I look forward to it.
