I have recently found strength in working out. With stress from school and personal issues, I find that working out has been theraputic. I have been trying to focus on getting in a good workout routine since the beginning of Decemeber which wasn't always easy. I struggled with actually getting up and going to the gym when I could just lay in bed. I now feel good. I don't dread going to the gym, I look forward to it. I am starting to see results which motivates me even more. I get excited to see progress in my strength and ability. Now I need to start focusing on a healthy diet.
Weigh day tomorrow, today I intend to do my work out, and also a relaxation tape, nothing much else planned. Things can change though.
