Why is it that however hard I try I cant stick to healthy eating and exercise. I should, I know I should due to cardiac issues in the family, come the afternoon I am bored, and my hand makes its way to the cookie jar, and its just not one or two, its 9 in a row. Then I feel guilty, that I did it, I used to say when I was young that being fat was just laziness, now I am finding that I am one of those lazy people that I was talking about. I am starting again tomorrow 14 pounds to loose, and exercise to do. I dont know if half of the problem is that I am stuck at home an awful lot, and dont get outside a great deal. If I do, its to shop, bank, and hospital or doctors appointments. Nothing else, cant afford much, cant even afford local concerts that come up occasionally. I just feel so useless, when it comes to this. My willpower is nothing to speak of as the results show. Help!

If I come to DS and it won't do anything when I click "Login", I go to a post, click and then click "Leave a Reply". Then it will let me log in.Of course, sometimes DS just goes to "Error 504". Then I can't log in.


Walking for exercise is free. That is what started my 50+ pound weight loss several years ago..
When the negative health and personal consequences of being overweight outway the fear and anxiety of making changes and being accountable to yourself, you will be able to find the discipline and motivation to make those changes. You just aren't there yet.
Your life is one stress ball rolling into another "snowball effect" is your anxiety building too...ya got to see your doctor, please for the chest pains!
