  my name is Anna, I can’t say for certain how long I’ve been struggling but it’s been a few years. I’m 16, and I had fineally thought I was improving. But to just have that crushed in the dirt by the same vicious cycle. Does anyone know how to stop spiraling? I feel locked out of my own head and like I have no control over what I think, feel, or do. I want to get better, but I don’t know how.

  im going to try not to go into depth or turn this into a rant, but long story short im 16 and cant move out untill im 18, im homeschooled and cant drive at the moment so i spend all day at home or when i do go out its with my family, so i am with them constantly and cant really distance myself from them that way. but i dont like being negatively effected by them, by the fights and by the eggshells. if anyone has tips on how to deal with that and find ways to not be so attached, or just good...
