  Sad that it is, my addiction is literally tearing me apart. If I eat any form of grain foods my intestines get torn and blood pours out! Problem is I miss buttered toast so much. It's not the food that's the problem, it's arguing with myself. When you "HAVE TO" go to the supermarket, it's in your face. So, how does one not purchase what one sees as life!
