  I was raped 8 months ago, but the past two months have been hardest two months. I have a really bad time going to places that I know he visits or works. The flashbacks are getting worse as well, it’s all I think about, why me? Why didn’t I fight him? It’s my own fault. I’m just so tearful and angry at everything. I just can’t cope with knowing his out there and living his prefect little life and I’m here, unable to be happy when all I can think about this him! I feel so alone right...

  I just don’t know what to do anymore. I was rape six months ago and I thought I would be fine and just deal with it. But I just can’t coped with it anymore.... I’m finding it so hard to go to work, be happy with all I can think about is him! I just someone I can talk too. I feel so alone right now.

  I was raped by one of my best mates 3 weeks ago. I just don’t know how to deal with it.
