Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.
It took a lot of courage for you to reach out on this forum even after your phone was taken away and I'm inspired by your desire to feel better.
I know it feels like you don't have a lot of options right now, but if you're feeling like you can't stay safe you can actually chat online with a crisis counselor at the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline website. You can do this without your phone. Here's a link so you can chat with a counselor:

Once you have your phone back, if you need to talk to a crisis counselor you can text HELLO to 741741 and text with someone at Crisis Text Line.
I might also suggest talking to friends, a guidance counselor and even trying to talk to your parents again once things calm down. I know this isn't easy, but I also can tell how strong you are. Hang in there, you've got this.
