So, I’ve been out of inpatient for about 2 months.. When I initially got out I was at a “healthy” weight and suppose to go into a program. When I got out I decided to not do the program because I thought I could manage it and deal with it with the help of my therapist.Now, I’ve lost all the weight I’ve gained in the hospital and my therapist wants me to do a higher level of treatment because what I’m doing now is not working. Well I’ve been struggling with AN-B/P for a while now. I have this feeling that I need help but I can’t accept it or feel like I’m sick enough or deserve it. My weight has significantly dropped to the lowest it been since I’ve been in middle school.
