  So I’m a little under 300lbs and I’m only 16... I was looking for a buddy so we could keep each other on track and lose weight!

  Hi everyone! So I’m 16, and I weigh almost 300lbs. Jesus, I feel so disgusting even typing that, but at the same time I feel relieved to be able to say that without being judged. I was looking for tips on how to get the weight off. I don’t really know much about proper nutrition or exercise, so if anybody has suggestions, I am open to them!
