Hi everyone! So I’m 16, and I weigh almost 300lbs. Jesus, I feel so disgusting even typing that, but at the same time I feel relieved to be able to say that without being judged. I was looking for tips on how to get the weight off. I don’t really know much about proper nutrition or exercise, so if anybody has suggestions, I am open to them!
It's a beautiful warm sunny day today, so looking forwards to my walk to work.Ate well yesterday and walked to work so I back in the swing.The store will be busy today so I will be too. tomorrow Good Friday I have to work from Noon till five.Then I am off work for ten days. I have the out laws coming on Saturday so will be active running around after them.I am happy today.
Had a very bad tummy yesterday, a bug I think so I didn't eat a lot all day.Feel better today which is just as well as I have to work.I am hoping that when I dress after showering that my tummy has gone back to normal as was very swollen yesterday.If not I'll have to wear my old but bigger trousers to work DOH.
