So Recently my partner and I decided to take the step to apply for adoption and we are trying to figure out the best way to go about it. if we go through the Provincial Government I believe there are no fees as the system is subsidized. However, Newborn to 3 or 4 years of age is not available through this adoption option. So I was diagnosed with Kidney Stones at age 10 and have suffered with them for 21 years and counting so far. The pain can be debilitating, the sudden onset interferes with everyday life, and the mistrust from my employers can be devistating making it difficult to keep a job because other people use Kidneys Stones as an easy fallback excuse for skipping out on work or school.
