  so depressing.... I have been a big girl my entire life. I have had my ups and downs but I have been on an uphill climb with my weight. I have a stressful job and work 50 hours a week. I am the main supporter for my family with a 12 and 10 year old. I really need a change! Im tired of pain all over my body from carrying all this extra weight! Wondering what everyone does on here to help lose weight? Thought about trying yoga!

  has anyone ever had one of these? I have had migraines since I was very young. Friday I was riding home with my husband and kids. I got a severe pain in my neck that went down the middle of my back. This cause a horrible migraine and of course the vomiting. Every time I moved my head I vomited again. I take relpax for migraines but nothing took it away. My husband ended up driving me to the er. Of course after phenergan and Toradol I slept most of Saturday. Today still have a sore neck and a...
