  Hello All!I've just had my first botox treatment for palmar HH. MY HANDS ARE DRY!!! I am very happy with the results thus far. This is a temporary treatment, but it is worth the try if you have tried everything else but surgery. If you do opt for the botox for palmar HH, you may have to have your doctor submit an authorization request to your insurance company. Your insurance co. may cover some or all of the procedure. Also, make sure you find an EXPERIENCED doctor who performs the botox...
