Palmar HH and Plantar HH
I have been suffering with HH since I was a little girl. It affects my daily life. I wish the insurance companies would cover the ETS surgery. I need something to stop the Palmar HH at least - I'm going to school to become a nurse. I need help with this problem. Someone help! :)

I have been suffering as well since lil girl all I can say is I\'m sorry that U know my Hell! I did read something I never read before and I started yesterday. Someone wrote that we may be suffering from a Magnesium deficiency? She said she had same problem as we and she was on Magnesium for just one week and it has really helped ,so I\'ll try anything.. I\'m not getting my hopes up .. but I got some last night, i got a bottle of 30 500mg for 2.50 so I stated em last night. If it really works i\'ll let U know.
Yeah, I read that post too. I wrote a note for myself to try it. There is something else that I read that I want to try first though. It is AntiHydral. It is a cream, and I guess rock-climbers and weight-lifters use it to dry their hands. A woman on here said she applies it 4 nights in a row and she\'s dry for about 2 weeks. I want to order that stuff to c if it will work for me.
