People care about you, and you're important. But let's deemphasize what people respect, and ultimately work to find happiness regardless of people's acts or views on a given day, week, or even month.

Sweetie, I think that you are just depressed. Screw people who don't respect you. Life is not over. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Treat yourself well. And like Dr. Phil always says, we teach people how to treat us. So stand up for yourself.

I don't know you but this sounds like a cry for help and deep depression. Please consider seeking medical help for sounds like suicide ideation. You have value and worth and we want you to stay around. There are hotlines you can call or you can check yourself into a behavioral health hospital, or call a psychiatrist and say you are having very deep thoughts of depression and self defeat (they will get you in sooner than if you just say all is well). If you are spiritually dead, consider attending a vibrant church service. Many churches have their services online and record them and you can watch the old ones. Being spiritually dead often causes humans great distress. Or read some books on spiritual life, say buddhist books or about reincarnation and the soul. Please consider saving yourself instead of demeaning yourself.

Take this time to focus on yourself. I know how this feels i do a continual unintentional self sabatoge when things start spiraling in my personal life not to compare. You really need to love yourself and not be consumed by the others in your life. I should know im down to the bare minimal that even speak to me anymore. Take care

I have a tattoo on my arm to remind me that "Nothing Lasts Forever". It's a good reminder for those dark times, it will get better. I know it's such a cliche thing to say, but it's sooo true.

I was there four years ago. In fact, I just read a post I did from that time. Things turned around for me eventually. I don't know what you are going through, and I'm sure our experiences aren't the same, but I hope it helps you to know things can turn around. I never thought my life could be worthwhile or that I could feel ok, but I believe if I can, so can you.
