  I feel awful. Been sleeping way too much.  I'm pregnant,  early,  and I have been slacking on taking my meds. I know if I take my meds I'll feel better so why don't I take them? I fall asleep early on the couch usually and just get too tired to do it,  which is ridiculous I know.  I'm going to start taking them tonight.  I've been slacking on self care and missed a dentist appointment and I need to reschedule but I know they'll give me a hard time.  Ugh I just feel so awful.  All I want...

  I'm a new mom with a history of bipolar depression. I was diagnosed 17 years ago and manage my illness well. But, I feel lack of motivation. Today I went to clean the bathroom. I went to scrub some spilled shaving foam off the walls of the shower and got overwhelmed. So I kinda cleaned the bathroom, but I didn't do a great job.   Yesterday I finally broke down and sobbed in my husband's arms. He got home at 3 p.m and I had just then gotten out of bed and into the shower.  And only because I knew he'd be home soon and I was ashamed of lying down all day... again.   I haven't felt this bad since 2015. I hate it.  I know exactly what's going on, I'm no stranger to depression but I can't get the motivation to get out of bed today even though I know it would help. It's 2:30 p.m. and I'm still in bed.  My husband jokes that I'm a grizzly bear.   Help! I am sooo tired.  I'm 8 weeks and am sleeping waaay too much. I'm also feeling a little depressed.  I have a history of depression and stopped taking my antidepressants to get pregnant.  With Dr. approval.

  Anyone taken their meds during pregnancy? I went off them to get pregnant with doctor's advisement. I had a manic episode while we were trying to get pregnant so I decided we'd stop trying and I'd go back on my meds.  Then, oops I got pregnant.  So I'm off my meds again and very depressed.

  Depression is hitting me hard this winter.  I lay in bed until at least noon everyday.  I've managed to take a walk the past 2 days with my dog.  It was nice but it felt monumental to gain the motivation to do that. I'm pregnant so I decided to go off my meds when my husband and I were trying.   My husband had an emotional affair with the same woman before we got married. I think it lasted quite a while. Maybe 2 years? I posted other times about my suspicions but everytime I would confront him he'd get mad and deny and gas light me. This past July I had had enough and I left him. It was then that he confessed. Since then we've gone to counseling together and apart. He's changed.  And he's remorseful.  And he's trying really hard to gain my trust back.  But, I'm still losing sleep...
