  I honestly don’t know how I’m feeling. I just feel like everything I do, every movement is just taking so much energy and strength. I’ve stopped caring about things but at the same time I’m feeling so much guilt. I feel bad that I always flake out on plans with my friends but yet at the same time I just cannot muster the energy to socialise. I’m just struggling to tolerate people, everyone is just work and it takes so much energy to be social and to pretend to be something I’m not....

  i really struggle leaving the house. Usually if I feel obligated to leave the house I manage it, but it’s honestly like I have to drag myself to leave the home and not to return home and I absolutely hate socialising. I often flake on my plans and stay at home. I’m not anxious about going out and socialising, quite the opposite, I’m usually quite good in social situations.
