  I have gained so much this past month! And I keep eating. Even when I am full I will just eat and eat amd eat. I am on depekote ans zyprexa. Anyone else have this issue?

  I had a chance & I felt like spiraling down last night but I didnt! I feel really good about it....My meds havnt been kind to me. I have been getting more frequent panic attacks and had a depressive episode last night. I have an appointment to see about changes in meds next week. My little one was being extreamly difficult and i was having a hard time handling it. He went to his dad and i would usually get drunk and extreamly depressed which led to extreme behaviors.   I'm trying really hard to be positive and use good coping skills but today has been a real struggle. I cant see a therapist and psychiatrist until my insurance goes through. I tried going for a walk and breathing exercises...that just led to hyperventalatuing. Taking a shower. Music. Nothing seemed to ease my demons today.   I got out of the hospital a couple days ago. My moods never used to be this bad but it changed a couple months ago, and got extreme a couple weeks ago. I would have massive panic attacks while doing something like making Mac n cheese or going for a walk. It was so sudden and for no reason. I would go out and get wasted.
