I had a chance & I felt like spiraling down last night but I didnt! I feel really good about it....

My meds havnt been kind to me. I have been getting more frequent panic attacks and had a depressive episode last night. I have an appointment to see about changes in meds next week. My little one was being extreamly difficult and i was having a hard time handling it. He went to his dad and i would usually get drunk and extreamly depressed which led to extreme behaviors. But instead i listened to music. And had one glass of wine...i usually cant stop at one and drink the hole bottle easily. And that made me feel good. :)
