  I'm starting to lose my shit again. I'm doing what I can to try to not focus on my emotional pain and to think of my kids and remember that life isn't just about one person. But, damn, I miss my wife. She went out again with some guy she has been seeing for the last month. It is getting too much for me to handle.   It has been a very long time since I posted on this site. I've had ups and downs the past year or so. But I think I need to try to be a part of this community. I often feel useless and worthless, but maybe despite not being my old, ready to rumble-tough-working guy, I still have some value.   I wake up in the morning and I am in pain. I go to bed in pain. Hips, legs (thighs and calfs), back sometimes, chest almost always, and my head. And while my head is more pressure than pain, the constant pressure and fogginess is enough to make me lose it and have a mental breakdown if I'm not careful.
