  Hi to you,I have insomnia every night doc says I'm not allowed any more sleeping tabs as they are addictive it's ok for him he can sleep I carnt unless I have them so what do I do I fall asleep after tea then carnt sleep for hours after sometimes 4 am.It's right annoying.Snowy400

  Hi to All,I really do Not Like Using Insulin as it makes me Put Weight on and if their is one thing I cannot stand it's being obese after having 4 children I was a size 12 but the 5th one Went and Spoiled all my hard work I did not choose to have a 5th child was husband's choice Not Mine.And he didn't Choose the right choice for me So Selfish I will never trust him again I've been left with multiple problems every since.Colourfull500.
