  i have gained some weight(dont know if is part of my recOVERY). BUT ITS BEEN 4 YEARS SINCE ANOREXIA STRIKED. .. I BINGE EATING REALLY OFTEN .I FEEL I CANT CONTROL. I FEEL REALLY LONELY AND MY PARENTS KEEP TELLING ME IM VERY FAT. I CANT HANDLE THE NEIGHBORHOOD I LIVE IN. i hate everything around me. nothing its in order. i dont fit anywhere. please help.

  I dont know if i really healed or if i will ever heal. I just had 3 binging crisis these last weeks. i feel so ashamed and depressed.

  Only my therapist. I feel like there is no one there to understant my real feelings. It's strange but tough i feel powerful I feel at the same super weak. and lame. I feel like i've been fighting alone all the way and like i'm losing hope in humanity. Maybe ther eis no hope at all. But i wished i had people around me ...who got my real feelings. who understand my deep suffering.

  friday and saturday i binged so hard. I ate out of stress and loneliness i guess. I know i said i was feeling better but somtimes is this feeling i will never heal. Eating disorderds took over me.
