  Over the past year or two my migraines were increasing to the point where it was getting to almost everyday and when I exercised I had a migraine for 3-5 days. Now that I’ve been tested for Lyme and treated with antibiotics I can now say my migraines are now reduced to just only during my menstral time and I can exercise and do High Intensity Interval Workouts HIIT. I’m just posting in case this information helps someone. I’m just glad I’m better and can exercise again.

  Im a food addict and I’m trying to stop so that I can be a healthier person and lose weight. It’s hard because w this addiction you can’t just say, oh just avoid food all together cause that’s not possible. But I can rid my house of unhealthy foods at home and work. I was in a work diet/healthy plan that went on for like three months. It was a lot of work. I felt I needed or wanted a break and slowly started eating whatever. Now I have to undo what I just did to myself. So I start again...

  So I’ve been on this work “healthy eating living plan” and part of it just ended. I felt like the program was intense w all the check ins and I guess I relapsed. So I kind of pigged out knowing I’ll try to start again. Can I do this? Yes I can. Okay let’s do this. My goal tomorrow is to eat a normal amount of food for a human my size or less.   Yes doing preschooler Care, working FT, moving my parents to independent living community, cleaning out their home for sale, ordering a moving truck, taking my mom to visit my dad in rehab and planning a wedding in 2.5 months is quite a toll and stressful. I realize this and taking more time off work to get a handle on all this stuff.   My parents have a large 5 bedroom house w lots of stuff in it. Anyone have suggestions on the best way to clean it out so I can sell it? Or there is no easy way? So far I am sorting everything as trash, thrift store, keepsake or junk removal. Every time I go there I do 10 bags of trash and 5 boxes to thrift shop at a time. It’s a lot of work. How do I get rid of dressers, armoirs, huge metal shelves, tables, couches? They won’t help me cause partially lazy maybe and partially it’s too...

  My mother is starting to get dementia and my father in detox rehab center. As soon as my dad gets out they will move into a retirement community w meals, transpo, activities, storage. My mom says they will live there one month or so and “try it out”. Really? I’m going to clean out your whole house to get it ready for sale and getting a moving truck and you are going to say that to me. I have a young child to care for on top of this and a FT job.  I can’t be driving around checking on...

  Everytime I now try to exercise anymore than just walking it leads to days of migraines. So I have given up on trying to exercise. Anyone else get migraines if they try to exercise? I started nurotriptalin but it makes me constipated, difficulty urinating and dry mouth. So I got off of it. I can’t keep taking Rizatriptan and Imitrex frequently because they are raising my blood pressure. Hopefully by avoiding exercise I’ll get less.i see a acupuncturist but even on his “special diet”...
