  it is so frustrating when you think you’re doing ok. You feel fine it’s all going good and then one person says one thing that just flips you over the edge and that’s it. Gone with no hope of return. They are the straw that broke the camels back. You’ve gone from being alright, to fucking suicidal within minutes. I hate people. People are selfish, inconsiderate, horrible creatures.

  Having dogs is literally the best decision I’ve ever made. They give me a reason to get out of bed in the morning. They make sure I get out everyday for fresh air and exercise. They give me cuddles and unconditional love.

  my Mam is currently on holiday, I’m tempted to go live at her house for the next few days because me and my boyfriend are fighting. I’m so scared to leave though, I think if I go that’ll be it, he won’t want me back. Do I go and give us some space? Do I stick it out and hope the arguing stops even though it makes me suicidal? If I do stay at my mams what if he doesn’t care? What if he asks me to move out perminantly? What if I’m not safe by myself at my mams and do something silly...

  How have people managed to turn around their relationships? There must be a way to recapture the happiness from the beginning. Please someone offer me some advice or constructive critisism because I can’t go on like this.

  I was forced to sleep at my BFs parents over the Easter weekend despite that I’ve been on nightshift and had little to no sleep. We have dogs and his parents have dogs. The dogs do NOT get along. Ours were hyperactive, hyperventilating and generally having a terrible time. I went to bed early and took them upstairs with me hoping that they would calm down and eventually settle. Instead I slept alone, the dogs were awake all nice, they were both stressed and vomiting. Then the next day I had...

  I feel so low right now. I know I fluctuate but at the minute this is really bad, even for me. I feel like my life has no purpose, that I am a useless human being, what’s the point in anything. I find myself having outer body experiences, looking at myself thinking there is no need for me in the entire world.

  I absolutely can’t stand myself right now. My body is so repulsive. I’m a fat ugly hideous creature. My body is short and chunky, wobbly with scars and stretch marks and tattoos ruined by blurred lines, dropped out colour, scars and stretches. My face is round, greasy, spotty botchy mess.
