  I don't know what a panic attack feels like, but I'm pretty sure you know if you have one??Basically my heart is pounding really really fast in my chest and I've done all the breathing/grounding exercises that websites have reccommended. My hands are trembling ever so slightly and i feel out of breath. I started feeling this way ever since my dad came home and started yelling at any one. i normally feel a bit anxious when he comes home but never this bad. Is this a panic attack?-Adam

  my parents basically don't give two shits about the fact that i'm in my senior year of high school and that i need to study. they will continue to yell at me, yell at each other - even though its mostly my dad. i've talked with my mum and she's started to leave me more alone now which i'm grateful for but it seems like my dad purposely provokes fights with my mum. for example the other day he wrote a note saying that he'd refuse to unload the dishwasher if she started it when it was half-full...
