  I'm having some success with using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, has anyone else used them? But more than often I feel like I can't access the skills or try them because my anxiety is in the way, my hypervigilance is in the way, panic ensues. I've been prescribed a low dose of valium but I don't feel like it's working and I don't know how to ask for more. My physician doesn't seem to want to prescribe anything more than the lowest dose. I'm really struggling because my hope is...
