  hi guys. i don’t really know what to do.... my trauma went on for about 6 months and that was like two or three years ago and i’m still nowhere close to getting over it. i want to feel better and not have flashbacks to being assaulted nearly everyday and i thought flashbacks and nightmares and fears and panic attacks would go away by no but they haven’t and i’m becoming hopeless. i want to die and disappear and kill myself because i’m afraid i will never feel better so what’s the...
