My mom passed away in January. I havent stopped or slowed done since then. If anything I've stayed busier. My brother and dad live together and both call me to yell about each other. I'm expected to fix it. My boyfriend is about him so I'm his rock. I thought going back to self harm would help. Amd now that's all I wanna do. I'm ready to cut again. At least felling physical pain is feeling something.

Mom passed away in January amd I still feel nothing. I go to work. Take care of my house. Listen to my brother and dad fight. I listen to my boyfriend complain about everything. Rinse and repeat. I've started to self harm again. I thought it would make me feel something. But no. I feel the physical pain but nothing else. I guess physical pain is enough for now. At least its feeling something.

It won't stop. The panic attacks trigger flashbacks. Tonight has been hell. I've relived the trauma again and again. It hurts so bad. All this has made me sick. I can't calm down. I can't get grounded. I havent cut in over 10 years but I'm so close. Anything to calm my head.

I haven't cut in 10 years. I have a handle on my depression and for the most part my anxiety. But my ptsd gives me the most trouble. And tonight I just cant anymore. I havent been sleeping my nightmares are back. All day I've been hit with panic attacks and flashbacks. I can't get control over my head. I have to cut. It has to be the only thing that will help.

I hate myself, my brain. It just won't stop. I havent been triggered like this in almost 2 years. And today was a good day. I'm always good when the sun is out. Night comes and my brain can go nuts over anything. I can't calm down. I just keep flashing to my dad. It just keeps happening again over and over.

The best way to describe our relationship is comparing it to Harley Quinn and The Joker, all that's missing is the physically abuse. One minute your happy with me. Smiling at me with love. The next you look at me as if I'm the worst most nasty person. Like you would rather be anywhere else. I tell you I'm tired and want go to the bedroom. A long day of wearing a smile, when all I wanna do is scream. Just scream for everyone to leave my house, for everyone to just leave me alone. But I can't say anything to anyone. I have to be this smiley, string person for everyone else. The whole time I am falling apart. I'm just tired.
