  I'm happy because I will be able to talk to my therapist about my OCD and "tics" but idk what she is going to say

  Hi I am new to the group and my therapist and me are worried about me maybe having OCD or tourettes, I have urges to do certian things a certian amount of times (movments and noises) and if I mess up I must do them again.
