My child who is 16 missed this last week of school due to an upper respiratory infection.  He was,going to go back to school this morning, but he broke down and told me he has been feeling suicidal.  He feels that he needs to be admitted to the hospital.  I felt that he was feeling better.  He told the physciatrist that he was.  When I asked him about this he said he feels like he has been faking it and he just doesn't trust her.  He said he tells his therapist a different story.  The therapist and Dr.  Do not work with each other.  The hospital does not work with this Dr.  Also,  I have been very ill and if he has to be admitted I can't go because I am having Severve pleurisy pain.  Also, I can't be in the ER because I am prone to getting everything. I am Type 1 Diabetic and my blood Sugar had been in the 400's overnight. The treatment for pleurisy is steroids which will skyrocket my blood sugars.  The Dr.  doesn't know how to manage it not does the hospital. Our psychiatric ward only has a few beds and my child is trans.  They could send them to a hospital 200 miles away.  I have no way of getting there.  I have a Severve phobia of driving on the highway. I really need emotional support from my boyfriend and he said that he was worried about calling into work because he was going to be late and I thought he said he was going to call in and I said there was nothing he could do, except provide emotional support.  When I tried to talk to him he said  I raised my voice and he said hebwent to work crying. I apolgized . This started out by asking him to be empathetic for what I am going through. It seems like it gets diverted and my ferulings aren't important.  I don't know what to do
