  Ive relapsed from self harm. I dont consider. It cutting because it wasent an open wound i just used a knife and pressured it on my skin to feel pain. I have marks but no scars. Itll go away in about 5 days. Sometimes its the only thing that makes me feel better and release my frustrutation when i cant handle it anymore. I cant tell anyone cause i feel they wont understand. I want opinions advice diffrent peoples perspective. Is it really thay bad?
