  It's been raining almost all week and the pain gets worse the more it rains. It is 5 am in the morning and my neck and left arm are burning and throbbing with pain. I do not get as swollen now but the pain does not want to leave. I hate waking up in the middle of the night to apply ice packs because I can't go to sleep due to the pain. It is definitely not as bad as it was before the surgery but it is still here. The past 3 weeks have been hard because of all we have had to deal with...

  It's 3:38 am and I'm awake and both in physical and emotional pain. My daddy passed away Sunday night a little after 10pm and with all the preparations and stuff I've been up and down and not been able to rest since last week Wednesday when he was taken to BAMC. I have an ice pack on both my lower back and my neck and will have José apply another pain patch later today to help ease the pain while at the cemetery later on this morning. The boys have taken it a little harder than I expected...

  I wish I didn't hurt, felt no pain, didn't feel anything, or just didn't have all these complications. My dad was admitted to BAMC yesterday around 11:30 am and has not gotten any better and I wish I could be there for my mom all night and day but the truth is I hurt. I came home a little after 9 pm last night after getting there at 8:30 because my back and left arm were hurting. José kept telling me we could stay longer but I felt I couldn't take it any longer I was starting to sit really...

  So yesterday my arm swoll up and started burning again. It had been a while so I couldn't believe it was happening again. It started a little after breakfast and I have no idea why. I had to take 3 Motrin tablets to go to bed and it took me forever to find a comfortable position to sleep in, a position where my arm wouldn't hurt so much.   The weather has me stiffer and more swollen than usual. My left arm is burning and throbbing and so has my lower back. The rain is very much needed here but I dread the pain that comes along with it. I started hurting since Friday night and haven't been able to get rid of it.   It's been a while I thought I was getting better but that seems not to be the case. I woke up around 1:35 am with the ridge on my head super swollen and a horrible headache. It is currently 2:38 am and it is still hurting not as bad but still hurting. We went to Houston on Saturday to celebrate my birthday and we had a good time but the pain I had in my right leg was real.   It's been a while but I am proud to say I almost drove all the way from San Antonio to Laredo all by myself. I wish it could have been non-stop but my back still hurts but at least my arm wasn't killing me anymore. José and I went to Laredo this past Saturday because we were the God parents at a first communion.   These last weeks had been busy due to graduation and everything that comes with the end of the school year. During graduation I made sure to take my pain killers before and during as to not be in so much pain afterwards.  I even took my little pillow for my back.   Today was my husband's birthday and an overall good day. We didn't really do much but it rained most of the afternoon. Yesterday I got a hair cut because I felt my hair was getting long again and before the headaches became more frequent I decided to go ahead and cut it off.   This week has been a bad week in general. The pain has been bad and I believe it is due to the weather. I've been in pain and swollen almost the whole week. Yesterday was my deposition and it took a long time. I came home with a tension headache not a migraine thankfully. I woke up today with my lower back really burning. It is around 10 am and I have a feeling I'm going to need a pain patch later. Hopefully José will come home soon so he can pick up the boys and take me to buy some detergent....

  Yesterday was a bad day. My lower back was burning, my legs were really hurting, and my left shoulder was hurting. I don' t know if it's due to the weather or not but I hope it don't last long. José had to put a patch on me last night so I could sleep.   So my mom had her cataract surgery today and now I will be responsible for taking and picking up my sister and feeding all of them. Not only is that more stressful but Josés truck needs repairs again. Last week the water pump this week something else. I can't help but complain because had I not been hit we would have traded it in for another one since I was no longer going to have a car payment.   So José asked me today for the first time since my accident to take one of his machines in for repair. Thank God Anna was home to help take it otherwise I wouldn't have been able to carry it. I used to take machines for repair all the time or take his truck and pick up material every time he needed me to but I haven't been able to do so since my accident. The only machines I can lift now are the small weedeaters. I miss being out and about running his errands talking to people,  sometimes...

  So I continue to walk almost on a daily basis with my sister or my mom. I continue to limp sometimes more than others but I have to continue to do it for my health.
