  I am 32 and I have just had my assessment friday 31st. I have been diagnosed with ADHD combined, so both hyperactivity and inattentivness. I broke down when I was told because the mixture of emotions that I felt were very strong and i was overwelmed.   Hi,I livening the UK and have had heartburn since my teenage years. I'm now 30. It's started when I was diagnosed with Irritable bowl syndrome at age 16. I also can't eat garlic in any form and I am lactose intolerant (I know how weird). I was taking antacids like they were sweets because I was coughing up mouthfuls of acid at night.   * warning, long read*I have a 8 month old beautiful baby niece who I love with all my heart. Is my older (by 2 years) brothers first child. I go over to his house to give my sister in law and my brother some time to get other things done (they nap to). Moms of the family also help out once a week. My brother is now back at work.   I will be celebrating a year of being smoke free in 3 days. I have also been vape free for 2 months. I stopped smoking by vaping and steadily decreasing the mg of nicotine every week. I had smoked for 9 years and just realised that I didnt like it anymore.   Hi, I have had migraines for nearly a decade. Bit of a long post (sorry). They started randomly. I inherited them from my nan. I have them once a week for three days. I have tried so many medications to prevent them. Propanolol (caused chest pain), ampitryltaline (passed out at weird moments in the day) nortryptaline (didnt help), topiramate (dangerous effects I was suicidal and really aggressive . Also had vivid nightmares which made me scared to go to sleep. Nearly lost my 9 year relationship...
